Ambassador Phillips travelled to Narva on September 5, 2007 to highlight the launch of 16 wall posters on Estonian history and culture. The posters, printed in Estonian, were distributed to Russian-language schools around Estonia. The project designed to provide support for development of multilingual education in Estonia was financed by the Embassy in 2004 and funded with a SEED grant.
