PHOTOGRAPH GUIDANCE

1. Photos must have been taken within last six months;

2. Either black and white or color;

3. All passport photos must be 5 x 5 centimeters (2 x 2 inches) excluding white borders;

4. Printed on high quality photographic paper;

5. Untrimmed;

6. Photo background must be white or off-white;

7. Facing straight forward (head not turned), head must be uncovered;

8. Head size from chin to top of head, minimum 25mm (1"), maximum 35 mm (1-3/8");

9. Applicant image must be centered in the photograph with at least 1.25 centimeters (1/2 inch) space between top of the applicant's head and top edge of the photograph.
