REPLACING A LOST OR STOLEN PASSPORT

If your passport is lost or stolen, you may obtain a replacement passport through the Consular Section of the U.S. Embassy. You will need to present the following in person at the Consular Section:

1. Completed form DSP-11 (available at the Consular Section or online at: http://travel.state.gov/passport/forms/ds11/ds11_842.html)

2. Completed form DSP-64 (available at the Consular Section or online at: http://travel.state.gov/passport/forms/ds64/ds64_845.html)

3. A copy of the Estonian Police report of loss or theft of your passport.

4. Fee is $100.00 for adults, $85.00 for minor, payable in Estonian kroons (cash), U.S. cash, or credit card.

5. Personal identification with picture (driver's license, etc.).

6. Proof of citizenship(original or certified copy of your Birth Certificate, expired passport).

7. Current passport size photo.
