PASSPORT RENEWAL FOR ADULTS

You may obtain a new United States passport in person using the application form DS-82, if you:

1. Already have a passport that is not damaged; and
2. Received it within the past 15 years; and
3. Were at least age 16 when it was issued; and
4. Still have the same name as in passport (or you can legally document your name change).

DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED:

1. Completed Form DS-82 (available at the Consular Section or online at: http://travel.state.gov/passport/forms/ds82/ds82_843.html)

2. Most recently issued passport

3. One current passport photo.

4. Fee of $75, payable in Estonian kroons (cash), U.S. cash or credit card.

You will be called when your new passport is received and available for pickup at the Embassy. When you pick up your new passport, you must present your current passport for cancellation, after which it will be returned to you.
