Photo Requirements
Photo Size
- The photograph should measure 5 cm square with the head centered in the frame.
- The photo must be in color, and taken against a white or off-white background.
- Please note that the photo size requirement is NOT the same as the standard Estonian passport photo.
Photo Appearance
- Full face photo, taken within the past six months.
- The applicant should not be looking down or to either side.
- If possible, the ears should be exposed.
- Applicants are advised not to wear sunglasses, other eyewear that detracts from the face, or head coverings (hats, scarves or veils).
