U.S., Finnish, and Estonian specialists gathered together to share knowledge and expertise about detecting transnational intellectual property crime and protecting intellectual property rights. This event was co-sponsored by Embassy Tallinn and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Ambassador Phillips and other high-ranking Estonian, Finnish, and Russian officials attended the conference and featured remarks by visiting U.S. speakers.
