A Reception in Honor of the First Lady of North Carolina, Mrs. Mary Easley

During May 14 to May 16 Ambassador Phillips and Mrs. Kay Phillips hosted a high-level group of representatives from the State of North Carolina. The prominent delegation to Estonia was led by the First Lady of North Carolina, Mrs. Mary Easley. The group of six spent a day in the KUMU, National Art Museum, which just recently won the award of the Best European Museum of the Year 2008. On May 16, Ambassador and Mrs. Phillips hosted a reception in honor of Mrs. Mary Easley.
