Traditional American Car Season Opening
On May 1, Chargé d’ Affaires Karen Decker opened the Traditional American Car Season in Tallinn.
A record-high number of participants gathered in the heart of Tallinn to showcase their U.S.-produced and manufactured classic cars, with an aim to continue celebrating the strong tradition, culture and lifestyle associated with American automobiles.
A crowd of more than 1,000, young and old alike, ranging from casual observers to hard-core enthusiasts, enjoyed this showcase of authentic American culture. In an effort to create an event of value to the broader community, organizers have traditionally dedicated the opening event to safe driving practices.
