On October 31st, U.S. English Language Fellow Kimberly Schaefer, the Narva Central Library, and the local NGO 'Youth to Youth' held Halloween festivities in Narva. The event, held partially in the American Corner at the Narva City Library, drew a crowd of over 200 children and included a 'house of horrors ' and pumpkin carving contest.
