New Nonimmigrant Visa Application Form for Men Between the Ages of 16 and 45
The United States government requires that men between the ages of 16 and
45 applying for nonimmigrant visas, regardless of nationality or where
they apply, complete a new, supplemental visa form. This requirement is in
effect now at the U.S. Embassy in Tallinn, as it is at all U.S. diplomatic
missions worldwide.
This is an interim measure designed to keep potential terrorists from
entering the United States.
The form (Supplemental Nonimmigrant Visa Application, DS-157) is available
for downloading from this embassy's website. It is also available to any men applying in person for nonimmigrant visas at the
U.S. Embassy in Tallinn.
